- Ground Beef or Ground chuck or Ground round – approx. 160-180 lbs.
Steak Cuts
Our steaks are 1” in thickness. This is standard. An increase in thickness will result in less cuts.
- Ribeyes– approx. 32
- Sirloin- approx. your choice of 16 or 12 with 4 pkgs. beef tips
- Choose: T-Bones – approx. 24, Porterhouse – 8, Filets – 8 or choose Filet approx. 8 & 14 New York Strip.
Additional Cuts
Whatever you do not choose in this selection will be ground to add to the ground beef or ground chuck.
